Tokyo Disneyland Part 2: Night Time and Goodbye!

Tokyo Disneyland (TDL) feels even more different at night. They really do a great job on lighting and they have the Disney Electrical Parade which combines the old theme music (my favorite) with new lighting technology for a really great show. The fireworks display is pretty short and really not spectacular at all but fits in with the understated theme.

The Disney Electrical Parade was the best parade at TDL and maybe the best Disney parade in the world unless Shanghai or Hong-Kong have something better
There are multiple scenes in multiple rooms. The spinning tea cups really add to the live feel of the ride but make it tough to take video

The animatronics are so good! They are not going for real life but a representation of the original animation. Brilliant!

What kind of voodoo techno magic is this? The transformation is such a cool effect and each scene really moves the story forward. The language doesn’t matter since we all know the story
Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast is a beautiful, visually stunning dark ride with great story telling.
The Peter Pan float was a showstopper
But the Genie float was the by far the coolest and best

Both parks were very much worth the visit and so well run. The cast members take Disney service to the next level and the guests are quiet, respectful, and polite. We feel very grateful to have been able to visit Japan and the Disney Resort
