Lauterbrunnen Part 2: Stuff we did

A few more pictures of some of the activities we did. We only scratched the surface of the activities available. It is still our favorite place and we definitely would like to return.

An honor system cheese and sausage vending booth on the trail to Wengen
We took the train up to Kleine Scheidegg and walked back down hill to Wengen (the smart way in my book)

We went to the very unique Trummelbach falls which are mostly inside the mountains at Lauterbrunnen before bursting out to feed the rivers in the valley
The revolving restaurant on the Shilthorn
Pretty good food and amazing views
And of couse a 007 themed bathroom
The Schilthorn and revolving restaurant were locations for “On her Majesty’s Secret Service”. It’s campy but the scenery is beautiful and it’s kind of fun
My favorite thing was a gondola with a rooftop balcony. Quite breezy and fun
For obvious reasons, this isn’t us but you get the idea
The video gives you a better idea of what the rooftop gondola ride was like, Short and breezy but really fun
